With a background in accounting and a Masters degree in taxation, Mark has focused his practice for nearly three decades on employee benefits, estate planning, representation of privately-owned businesses, and a variety of other tax related matters. He is a frequent lecturer on employee benefit and estate planning matters and has served as an expert witness in a wide range of tax matters. Mark has led the firm in the use of plain English in all legal matters as part of our commitment to clients.
